WHY

Verv had just completed a hugely successful crowdsource, overfunding to 233%, and had expanded quickly - from 10 to 50 in a year. As the tech developed, so did the mission. The leadership team were left pulling in different directions.  

HOW

We brought their Exec team together. We got clear on who Verv's customers are, why they buy Verv and what makes Verv different. We also figured out what each member of the leadership team needed to deliver.

WHY

PORT needed to jump on the GDPR opportunity and scale their exceptionally simple personal data management SaaS fast, at a time when people still didn't care enough about personal data. It was a precise path to walk. 

HOW

We worked with PORT throughout their accelerator programme as business mentors, conducted customer interviews,  and generally provided a sounding board and inspiration to Julian through to seed round.
